At Oakenclough we will manufacture any building whatever the size. However when we quote a size it will be the corner to corner wall measurements, and not the roof size. The roof size will always be larger.
Typically an apex building will have a approximately a 300mm overhang above the door , and the other sides will have a 75mm -150mm overhang. This may be crucial when fitting the building into a small space. If the overhang size is important to the final building then the onus is on the customer to state any specific sizes on the final factory drawing. We will endeavour to accommodate any requests if practical, however they must be stated on the factory drawing. If there is any doubt you can request the production manager contacts you prior to manufacture to clarify any precise details.
